Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any booking or charter service provided by Reel Keys Fishing Charters ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Mike Bradley and based in Key Largo, Florida. By requesting a quote, booking a trip, or joining a charter, you agree to these Terms.
1. The business
Reel Keys Fishing Charters is a sole proprietorship registered and operated in Florida. When you book a trip, you are booking directly with the owner-operator who will be at the helm. These Terms form the agreement between you and the sole proprietor.
2. Quotes and reservations
All trips are quoted on request. A quote is an invitation to book, not a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only when you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been received. Dates, times, and pricing are subject to availability and may change until a reservation is confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be set out in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are applied toward the total cost of your trip. We may decline or cancel a reservation that is not paid according to the terms in your confirmation.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or request to reschedule by contacting us at mikebradley288@gmail.com or (321) 749-7900. Refund eligibility and any rescheduling terms will be described in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip for weather, safety, mechanical, or other operational reasons, in which case we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
5. Weather and the captain's discretion
All trips are subject to weather, sea conditions, and the captain's judgment. Safety is the first priority. The captain may modify, shorten, relocate, or cancel a trip due to conditions on the water. Decisions made on the water for safety are final.
6. Assumption of risk
Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including but not limited to rough or changing weather, motion, slips and falls, equipment, marine life, sun exposure, and the remote possibility of serious injury. By booking and boarding, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity, the vessel, and the marine environment.
7. Release and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Reel Keys Fishing Charters, its owner, and crew from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your trip, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for following all safety instructions and for the conduct of everyone in your group.
8. What is and isn't included
Tackle, bait, and fishing licenses for the trip are handled unless we tell you otherwise. Anything not listed in your confirmation — such as gratuity, food and drink, or transportation to and from the dock — is not included unless agreed in writing.
9. Your conduct
We may refuse service or end a trip early, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, or that endangers the vessel, the crew, or other guests. You agree to follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
10. This website
This website is provided for information and to request quotes. We do not guarantee that information here is error-free or uninterrupted. You may not misuse the site or its contact channels, including by submitting false information or attempting to disrupt communications.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one posted on this page with the date shown above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
